APOE4 effects in middle-aged EC and PVC

   Proposal Description:
   (pathology free) individuals and have been genotyped for APOE. I have brain tissue from individuals with one copy of APOE4, but it is much more difficult to find brain tissue from individuals with two copies of APOE4. In particular, I need entorhinal cortex (BA28) and primary visual cortex (BA17) tissue. Any help I could get with this would be greatly appreciated.
